A leading educational institution seeks a Timetable Assistant to support high-quality learning services at the Wolverhampton Campus. The role involves excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in IT. Successful applicants will have the ability to work independently and with diverse clients. Salary ranges from £26,707 to £28,778 per annum, with a closing date for applications on 19/12/2025.
The Registry Services Directorate fulfils an essential role in supporting the University’s delivery of high‑quality learning opportunities to its students by managing a range of central services for students and staff. The Registry Services Directorate comprises 12 teams – Research Degree Student Services, Exams & Graduate Services, Timetabling, Systems, Student Visa Compliance and Advice, Student Records, Course Records, Partnership Records, Fees & Funding, Statutory Reporting, Ask and Apprenticeship Operations.
We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic individual to be part of the Timetable team with a proactive and professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, effective organisational capabilities, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in the use of information technology, and with an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, you will also demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
You will have excellent communication skills using a variety of appropriate media and experience of dealing with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, an understanding and respect for cultural diversity and experience of working within regulatory frameworks and procedures to meet internal and external audit requirements.
