The impact you’ll have: Reporting to the Head of Treasury theAssistant Treasurer will have one direct report and will be accountable for making sure Treasury operations are best in class, working in accordance with risk policies and always striving to improve. You’ll be working across the business at executive and senior management level supporting and driving delivery of solutions for business development with the support of your finance colleagues. Your day-to-day: Delivery of short and long term cashflow forecasting to senior Finance management at high level of forecast accuracy with deep understanding of cashflow drivers Working capital initiatives and cashflow modelling working closely with the business and Financial Planning and Analysis teams to support business growth plans Hedging foreign exchange and interest rate risk in accordance with strategy to protect loveholidays cashflow Building close relationships with our key banking partners and ensuring good governance and compliance on our debt facilities Providing insightful reporting and information on Treasury matters Treasury process owner managing the service level from Finance Operations in relation to Treasury deliverables Line management of a Treasury Analyst Your skillset: Corporate Treasury background / ACT qualified Ability to build rapport within the business and influence decision making Able to operate in a fast paced environment Confident working with high volumes of data and BI tools Not necessary but would be desirable to have: Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector Experience of Kyriba or other Treasury management system G-Suite experience, including Looker Perks of joining us: Other than an amazing environment for you to grow, have impact and show the world your incredible skills, we offer the following benefits: Company pension contributions at 5% Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum Enhanced maternity/paternity leave Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success.
