• As a Logistics Specialist – Inbound, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of shipments from arrival at the port/airport through customs clearance to delivery.
• You will be a subject matter expert, responsible for monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance.
• The role will focus on, but won’t be limited to, managing the import and export declarations for all shipments.
• Creating and sending reports for shipments that will be delivered primarily, but not exclusively, into our warehouses, as well as managing shipments delivered by courier.
• Arranging and managing stock moves and courier bookings.
• You will also be required to receipt shipments in our ERP system once goods have been delivered to the customer.
• Host weekly calls with freight forwarders to review shipment statuses and customs clearance.
• Collaborate with MarketPlace Operations and Logistics Imports to prioritise deliveries.
• Provide weekly updates on delivery statuses to warehouse partners and MarketPlace Operations.
• Inform Finance of shipment invoice values for duty and VAT cashflow projections.
• Update and maintain the internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) with purchase order receipts.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and ad hoc requests efficiently.
• Support the monthly shipment goal-setting process and seasonal shipment planning.
• Analyse and prepare information for cross-functional account business review sessions.
• Responsible for checking the suppliers’ paperwork against the customs entry from the customs broker.
• Responsible for producing and sending weekly shipment reports to our warehouses.
• Managing all shipments delivered by courier excluding football.
• Arranging the stock moves when required.
• Helping marketplace operations with the courier bookings when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as part of a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience on CDS system.

• Understanding of the sports, retail, digital, or FMCG/fashion industry.
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning.
• Experience with Odoo ERP systems.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau.
• Additional language skills (beyond English) would be a plus.
