A support services company in West Lancashire is looking for a Residential Support Worker. The role involves being a positive role model for young people, completing daily reports, and ensuring their needs are met. Candidates with a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential are preferred, though experience is not essential. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including a pension scheme and training. Education
We require resilient Support workers for a new 3-bed home in Scarisbrick. Ideal candidates will work alongside our management team.
Preferable but not essential that the successful candidate holds a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential.
We have full-time hours available, experience is desirable but not essential.
We offer competitive rates of pay and pay for sleep-in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.
Due to the rural location, holding a drivers licence and your own transport desirable as public transport is very limited in the area.
