Overview

We require resilient Support workers for a new 3-bed home in Scarisbrick. Ideal candidates will work alongside our management team.

Preferable but not essential that the successful candidate holds a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential.

We have full-time hours available, experience is desirable but not essential.

We offer competitive rates of pay and pay for sleep-in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.

Due to the rural location, holding a drivers licence and your own transport desirable as public transport is very limited in the area.

Applicants must be aged 21+.

Duties
  • Being a positive role model to our Young People.
  • Keeping up to date with all mandatory training.
  • Completing daily reports, health and safety checks, etc.
  • Assisting with the support and ensuring the young persons needs are always met.
