A leading water utility company is looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Technician in Guildford. The successful candidate will maintain and repair essential equipment to ensure operational efficiency, requiring strong mechanical and electrical skills. This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, with additional standby and overtime opportunities. Candidates should possess necessary engineering qualifications and be prepared for a dynamic work environment.
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical & Electrical Technician to join our team in our clean water Division to be based out of our Shalford Water Treatment Works.
As a successful candidate, you will use your mechanical & electrical knowledge as well as your experience to inspect, maintain, fault diagnose, test, install, modify or repair as appropriate, mechanical plant and associated electrical equipment, in a safe, efficient, timely and effective manner with minimum supervision, allowing us to ensure that all of our sites remain operational for the benefits of our customers.

38 Hours Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 3:36 pm. Plus, standby & overtime opportunities increase earnings by a potential £8,000 – £10,000.
