I am currently recruiting for a Family Court Advisor to cover 3 areas across Cornwall: Exeter, Plymouth and Truro.

You will be responsible for:

• Working within the Private Law Team, to agree the best arrangements for the welfare and safety of the child(ren).
• Conducting assessment directly with children.
• Representing child views and wishes in court.

For this role you are required to have:

• Strong safeguarding experience
• Comfortable with writing detailed reports
• Some experience with court visits previously

Hybrid working – mainly home working, court & visits in person.

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• HCPC registration
• Relevant social work qualification with at least 2 years post-qualifying experience
• Current DBS/DBS Update Service
• Access to a car and a full UK driving licence
