• Work within a project triangle alongside Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
• Lead design of treatment or infrastructure projects through all stages.
• Coordinate project team including various technical roles.
• Undertake design in own discipline and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Build positive relationships with clients' teams.
