Skills
Project Leader/Enablement position based in the Broughton area. This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.
We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.
This role is for a Project Leader/Enablement—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Implementing “new ways of working” and best practices.
- Enablement governance framework to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are planned and actioned with the Plant Capex team.
- Support to production areas with the Rate ++ facility.
- Daily tool control and process.
- LOLER management.
- FOD improvement and project management.
We're looking for people who can show:
- Facilitation skills for leading, motivating & enabling the team performance
- Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts
- Stakeholder Management
- Hourly rate of up to £40ph + Overtime
- Training and Development
