Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding Warehousing & Logistics team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful launch and standardisation of new contract logistics facilities and complex client implementations.
In this role, you will :
Lead and manage large- scale contract logistics projects, including new client onboarding, facility transitions, and technology integrations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while ensuring all project documentation is shared effectively.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory considerations across all multinational projects, developing detailed project plans to identify and mitigate risks.
The ideal candidate will have :
Demonstrated project management experience, preferably 5+ years of experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) or logistics setting.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), with experience in large-scale greenfield and brownfield facility startups.
Proven ability in leading multinational projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification is a plus).
