Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project management, ideally in AV industry.
• Strong leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
• Experience with financial forecasting and managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations.
• Preparing and managing project schedules and budgets.
• Communicating project progress and status.
• Managing project scheduling and staffing.
• Overseeing project site managers and installers.
• Ensuring final documentation packages are prepared.
• Forecasting invoicing and work effort.
• Travelling to project/customer sites as required.

Skills

Extensive experience delivering main contractor-lead projects

Proven technical knowledge of AV industry

Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers

Confident presenter & chair of meetings

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Well organised, with attention to detail

Procore & ServiceNow experience

Able to create and manage schedules and budgets

Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent
