• Work with the Commercial Director to understand the company's strategic direction.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Lead to understand upcoming projects and requirements.
• Coordinate with Creative Directors to understand skills needed for projects from both short-term and long-term perspectives.
• Work with the finance team to understand financial targets, budgets, and performance data.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand project requirements and client requests.
• Manage resourcing, including leading resourcing meetings and maintaining the Resourcing tool.
• Lead strategic resourcing, including ownership of the project leadership dashboard.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure standards are met.
• Report on and achieve utilization targets.
• Support the Commercial and Finance Directors in managing real-time project performance data.
• Collaborate with P&W to ensure recruitment aligns with project needs.
• Manage and maintain the freelance roster.
• Manage and set up internal systems to improve team efficiency.

You will:

• Have experience in Project Management or Operational Management within a consultancy, preferably a creative one.

£50,000 - £55,000 (depending on the candidate).
