A respected architectural practice in Saffron Walden is seeking a talented Architect or Architectural Technician to manage residential projects from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for producing detailed design packages, collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and preparing planning submissions. Strong AutoCAD skills are essential, along with excellent communication capabilities. The role offers real autonomy and opportunities for long-term progression in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within architecture.

Our client, a highly respected architectural practice, is looking for a talented Architect or Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to take full ownership of projects, guiding them from initial client brief through to successful on-site delivery. You\'ll be involved in every stage of the RIBA plan of work, including design development, planning submissions, building regulations, and site coordination.
