Overview

Our client, a highly respected architectural practice, is looking for a talented Architect or Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to take full ownership of projects, guiding them from initial client brief through to successful on-site delivery. You\'ll be involved in every stage of the RIBA plan of work, including design development, planning submissions, building regulations, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential projects independently from concept to completion
  • Produce detailed design and technical packages using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare and submit planning and building regulations applications
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within architecture
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop (desirable)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
