Whatley Campus is a specialist SEN school for students with autism. We opened in September 2022 and we were judged as GOOD by Ofsted less than two years later.

We are looking to recruit a nurturing and dynamic SEN specialist teacher who has a strong commitment to raising standards and who can promote positive learning and development. In this role, you will be teaching our Year 7/8 high needs stream within our secondary phase. Students in this stream all have autism and complex learning needs, and are working several years below age related expectations. You will be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs, offering tailored support with a positive and inclusive approach, and managing behaviours within a structured learning environment to ensure that every learner can reach their potential.
