As the school’s Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, imaginative, and well‑structured lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Support pupils’ early learning development, ensuring strong foundations in reading, writing, maths, and personal growth.
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and confident.
Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and personalise learning to meet individual needs.
Promote curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through creative, play‑based, and hands‑on activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
Contribute to wider school life and help maintain a positive, welcoming school community.
