Location: Altrincham

Salary: £30,000 pro rata + Uncapped commission

Working Pattern: 4 Days per Week, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, attract, and recruit experienced recruitment professionals and emerging talent.

• Manage the full internal recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies.

• Build strong candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing and engagement approaches.

• Represent and promote the Novax brand, culture, and values at every stage of the recruitment process.

About You

• Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment.

• A strong understanding of what makes a successful biller within a fast-paced environment.
