  • Designing and delivering leadership development and learning initiatives, building a refreshed leadership pipeline
  • Enhancing employer brand and talent attraction with innovative employer brand projects and improved talent experience
  • Driving agile change and transformation projects, bravely identifying areas for improvement using powerful data insights
Are you the ideal candidate?
  • Qualified with 7+ years in HR, Organisation Development or Talent, ideally with international or matrix experience
  • Motivated by challenge, determined to make an impact and build something strong and successful from the ground up
  • Creative, focused, and assured in using analytics and project management to deliver results
  • Brave communicator and skilled facilitator, confident influencing senior leaders and teams
  • Degree educated (CIPD Level 5-7 or similar preferred), with strong stakeholder and relationship skills
