- Taking telephone and email enquiries from customers daily
- Producing and tracking quotes for customers
- Liaising internally with the business nationally around customer needs, as well as managing customer expectations
- Building and maintaining customer relationships whilst being able to upsell
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
- To be self-motivated and willing to learn
- To have confidence when speaking with customers over the phone and the ability to form and maintain relationships
- Hire experience is desirable
