As a Hire Coordinator based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:
  • Taking telephone and email enquiries from customers daily
  • Producing and tracking quotes for customers
  • Liaising internally with the business nationally around customer needs, as well as managing customer expectations
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships whilst being able to upsell

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm

And here’s what we’d like you to have:
  • Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • To be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • To have confidence when speaking with customers over the phone and the ability to form and maintain relationships
  • Hire experience is desirable
