We’re looking for a Resourcer to join our recruitment team and play a key role in finding top talent for a wide range of exciting roles!
The role
As a Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting the best candidates across various industries. Working closely with our recruiters, you’ll ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every candidate.
Your responsibilities will include
- Sourcing top talent using job boards, social media, internal databases, and industry-specific platforms.
- Headhunting passive candidates and initiating direct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Using advanced search techniques like Boolean strings to find niche or hard-to-reach candidates.
- Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and skill demand to make informed sourcing strategies.
- Building talent pools for future hiring needs through proactive engagement.
- Creating compelling job adverts and posting across relevant channels to attract the right candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database for accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborating with recruitment consultants to fully understand role requirements and share sourcing updates
- What We’re Looking For
- While previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact.
Ideally, you’ll bring
- A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Great communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- A proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches) is a plus
- Awareness of industry trends and the talent landscape is a bonus
