We are seeking an experienced Life Cycle Project Manager to take responsibility for managing the life cycle delivery and PFI performance of hospital facilities within an NHS environment. This is not a traditional construction project management role. The focus is on PFI contract management, lifecycle planning, and managing interface issues that arise during operational and pre-construction meetings. You will play a key role in ensuring the long‑term functionality, compliance, and value of the hospital estate through proactive lifecycle planning and stakeholder collaboration. Please note: Previous PFI experience within NHS hospital environments is essential. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
