As our Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll be part of our People & Culture team - learning how we attract, engage, and hire amazing people who share our mission. You’ll play a key role in making sure candidates have a positive experience, from the moment they apply through to joining us at Good Energy.
This is a development role, so you don’t need to have previous recruitment experience; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Alongside hands‑on experience, we’ll sponsor you to complete your CIPD Level 3 qualification, building your skills and knowledge in HR and recruitment.

Essentials:
Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can come in to our Chippenham office once a week.
We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
