A leading facilities management company based in Woking is seeking a facilities management support professional to oversee maintenance operations. Responsibilities include executing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, and coordinating subcontractor work. The ideal candidate will possess a background in building maintenance trades, be skilled in using computerized management systems, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Shift pattern: Mon-Fri
Salary: £35,000.00 per annum

Provide facilities management support to the site, including day‑to‑day operational interaction with the client, facilitation of Health & Safety in the FM function, liaison with ABM site‑specific and mobile technical teams, supervision of third‑party resource and supplier teams, and execution of PPM and reactive maintenance.
