A local community venue is seeking a proactive Events Assistant to provide outstanding customer service and support various events. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, setting up for events, providing AV support, and maintaining the venue's cleanliness. Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting community events Bourne Hall is looking for a proactive and friendly Events Assistant to help ensure our venue runs smoothly and remains a welcoming space for all visitors stakeholders and hirers.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be setting up for events assisting with AV and bar services maintaining the buildings presentation and supporting both our Coffee Shop and reception when needed. You’ll also work closely with key stakeholders such as the Museum and Library to ensure their needs are met and the venue operates harmoniously.
