Your Responsibilities
- Requirements Sanitation : Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements without ambiguity, translate into technical requirements and work with the team to implement the requirement without affecting any existing configuration.
- Technical Design : Create technical design from business requirements leveraging OOB ServiceNow-provided capabilities and utilities.
- Development and customization : Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Integration : Maintain, fix or build integrations with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST and SOAP.
- Workflow and automation : Implement and optimize automated workflows, flows, business rules etc. to streamline business processes.
- Technical skills : Able to leverage front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Jelly Script, HTML, XML, and CSS to build and enhance applications and portals.
- Maintenance and support : Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system health checks, upgrades, and patches.
- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Collaboration : Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Team Management : Guide and drive both HRSD Ops and release team with technical expertise for successful implementation of all the stories and closure of incidents / requests.
Your Profile
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Candidates should have at least 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience on the HRSD module, experience on building and maintaining complex integrations with People service platforms like Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Apps etc.
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong appetite to provide solutions to requirements leveraging OOB ServiceNow capabilities and utilities.
- Candidate should have a strong knowledge about ServiceNow platform master data and the HR processes that leverage that foundation data.
