A leading not-for-profit care and support provider is seeking a Referral and Operational Development Manager in Islington, London. This role involves managing referrals, coordinating assessments, and supporting the Managing Director in business development. Candidates should have expertise in the learning disability and autism sectors, as well as strong relationship-building skills. The position offers a salary of £44,000 per annum and a range of benefits, including generous annual leave and training opportunities.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and resilient Referral and Operational Development Manager to join our Complex Specialist Services located at our Head Office in Islington.
Salary: £44,000.00 per annum, working 35 hours per week.

The Referral and Operational Development Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director with new business development, coordinating and managing referrals, assessments, tenancies and transitions for our customers with learning disabilities and autism.
Working pattern: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
