A leading care provider in Folkestone is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker to assist adults with challenging behaviors. The role includes supporting service users with daily activities and maintaining communication with families. Main duties and responsibilities
  • Participate in the day‑to‑day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality
  • Support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events
  • Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required
