The ideal candidate will oversee a multidisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while offering top-quality care. Required qualifications include NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care and significant experience in team leadership.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Hours: 35hrs per week

MAIN PURPOSE:
To take overall responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the service, thereby ensuring the provision of the highest quality standards of specific care and treatment, driven by the needs of the individual.
To lead, manage and direct a multidisciplinary team in the attainment of aims and objectives linked to our client\'sStrategic Plan and the needs of the individual.
To meet full compliance in line with the requirement of the regulatory body and relevant legislation. To obtain and successfully maintain registration as Registered Manager for the service with CQC.
