Overview

A lovely family in Virginia Water, Surrey, is seeking a Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper to maintain a clean and organised household while caring for their four children. The role is well-suited to someone responsible, nurturing, and able to balance childcare with household tasks. The mum is hands-on, so the role involves shared care. The family are looking for someone to become part of the family and to travel internationally with them. A driver would be ideal and Spanish-speaking is a bonus. A valid first aid qualification is essential. This position is available to hire immediately.

Working arrangements

• Working hours: 5 days per week from 8am–8pm (days off in the week, ideally Monday & Tuesday).
• Accommodation: Staff flat with a separate entrance.

Duties and responsibilities

• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the family.
• Playing with the children and taking them to various playdates.
• Helping with the bedtime routine.
• Doing the laundry and ironing; dusting; hoovering carpets and floors.
• Ensuring all bedrooms are clean; polishing floors; maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family.
• Preparing simple yet healthy meals for the family and cleaning up after meals.
• Changing bedsheets once a week.
• Travel with the family and assist with international trips when required.

Qualifications and preferences

• Valid first aid qualification is essential.
• Experience in childcare plus household management is preferred.
• Driver’s licence is ideal; Spanish language is a bonus.
