Responsibilities
  • Inspire and Motivate - Lead your team to create exceptional customer experiences and consistently hit sales goals
  • Coach and Develop - Build a high-performing team through regular support, training, and feedback
  • Own the Store - Manage day-to-day operations and long-term strategy to keep everything running smoothly
  • Think Creatively - Bring fresh ideas to improve store performance and keep customers coming back
  • Plan Events - Host exciting in-store experiences, VIP days, and local collaborations that show off the brand's personality
  • Be a Local Brand Champion - Work with the marketing team to raise the store's profile in the community and online
  • Report with Purpose - Share weekly business updates and insights with your regional manager
  • Stay on Top of the Numbers - Oversee tills, reconciliation, and cashing-up with accuracy

Qualifications
