- Lead and support Programme Coordinators to deliver engaging, high-quality programmes
- Champion excellent teaching, functional skills delivery and job coaching standards
- Track performance and outcomes, ensuring learners get the best possible experience
- Build strong relationships with employers and referral partners to grow opportunities
- Use insight and feedback to shape improvements and share best practice
- Has experience managing staff within an education setting regulated by Ofsted
- Brings an understanding of SEND or employment support (helpful, not essential)
- May come from roles such as Curriculum Manager, SEND Lead, Centre Manager, Quality Manager or Deputy Head
- Working with a charity that genuinely cares about learners, not just outcomes
