Overview

Are you passionate about transforming the futures of young people with special educational needs? This role gives you the chance to lead a team delivering Supported Internships – programmes that combine classroom learning, functional skills, job coaching and real employer placements. The result? Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Programme Coordinators to deliver engaging, high-quality programmes
  • Champion excellent teaching, functional skills delivery and job coaching standards
  • Track performance and outcomes, ensuring learners get the best possible experience
  • Build strong relationships with employers and referral partners to grow opportunities
  • Use insight and feedback to shape improvements and share best practice
Qualifications
  • Has experience managing staff within an education setting regulated by Ofsted
  • Brings an understanding of SEND or employment support (helpful, not essential)
  • May come from roles such as Curriculum Manager, SEND Lead, Centre Manager, Quality Manager or Deputy Head
