A leading storage service provider in Stafford is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations and drive sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with procedures. This full-time role offers competitive salary and great bonus potential, alongside employee perks and benefits.

Location: Stafford
Our managers play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store and providing customers with the Space Station service they know and love. Our Store Managers are responsible for supporting staff in their day-to-day roles and progression, maximising sales and profit targets, helping customers with anything they may need, and ensuring all legal and company procedures are in place.
This role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, with some weekend and bank holiday working.
Stafford is the latest addition to the Space Station portfolio; opening mid December. The role will commence on 18th November 2025, and will benefit from a significant bonus for on target performance.
