We’re looking for an outstanding Store Manager to join our VANS team based at our West End Store, Oxford Street, London.
As a Store Manager, you will lead and nurture a team, whilst displaying your own initiative to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Our store managers have a great opportunity to develop their full potential with us. That’s because we offer the support of a global organisation but give our managers the freedom to try out new solutions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
We expect that our Store Managers deliver memorable retail experiences by:
Leading, motivating and mentoring your store teams to drive a customer‑first approach
Implementing our established retail processes while looking for ways to improve them
Keeping on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory, P&L, etc.
Reporting performance metrics and demonstrating your understanding of KPIs to improve store results
Ensuring your store looks great, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
You love interacting with customers. You enjoy helping a customer find the perfect product and you’re resilient and self‑driven in a demanding store environment.
You know how to develop a great team who share your passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding. You mentor employees and help them grow.
You have experience in all facets of running a store, including budgeting, planning, retail operations and merchandising.
You have excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus but not necessary).
You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems.
You are flexible with weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
