Store Manager à Italie

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.

We serve our customers across a number of different channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us—whether they order in store or online.

While no two days are the same, a typical day at work may include:

1. Leading the team to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards in the shop
2. Driving high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement
3. Monitoring wage controls, waste management, and customer service standards
4. Getting involved in food preparation and serving customers
5. Ensuring the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming

About you

If you have experience as a Supervisor or Line Manager, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service in a food-on-the-go or retail environment, this role could be ideal for you.
