A growing consultancy firm in Belfast seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support HR activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of ATS systems. We're delighted to be partnering with a growing, values-driven consultancy based in Belfast to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys balancing hands-on hiring with the operational side of recruitment and HR support activities.
- Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal networks
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through to offer stage
- Coordinate interviews and act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Support employer branding activity and recruitment initiatives
- Track and report on recruitment activity and key hiring metrics
- Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Process recruitment-related invoices and maintain cost records
- Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with internal policies and legislation
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a HR generalist role
- Demonstrated success supporting or delivering recruitment targets
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ATS systems is advantageous
