We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Waiting List Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role within the Trust that requires exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient management of waiting lists, supporting patients, clinical staff and the Trust in meeting its operational and clinical goals. Your contributions will directly impact the Trust’s ability to provide timely and high-quality care to patients.

• Maintain a high standard of service delivery in the Waiting List and Reception areas.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure patient appointments are scheduled in accordance with agreed protocols.
• Support clinical teams to meet waiting list targets and optimise theatre utilisation.
• Ensure patients receive appropriate transport arrangements and that follow-up appointments are made efficiently.
• Work closely with the Patient Pathway Coordinators, Appointments Office and medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
