Pro Staff Construction are recruiting on behalf of a construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support multiple projects across West Wales.
In this role, you will provide full commercial and procedural support to live projects and frameworks, including cost planning, reviewing affordability, preparing commercial reports, and supporting bids, tenders, and PQQ submissions, ensuring all commercial information is accurate and aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and estimate budget costs from plans and specifications
- Evaluate tenders, cost changes, and project additions
- Produce budgets, reports, and project plans
- Develop and support bids
- Work closely with architects, site teams, clients & stakeholders
- HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Strong Excel skills; Evaluate software knowledge beneficial
- Excellent understanding of building methods and cost implications
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
