The Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in securing new work and ensuring the commercial success of our projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, working closely with the pre‑construction, commercial, and project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and full tender submissions
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
• Conduct risk assessments and identify value engineering opportunities
• Attend pre‑tender meetings, site visits, and handovers
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to support project delivery
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, materials, and pricing
