A healthcare organization seeks a Staff Engagement Advisor to enhance wellbeing and engagement initiatives. You will advise on surveys and develop policies to support the People Strategy. The ideal candidate should have a degree, a CIPD qualification, and experience in HR operations. Excellent skills in communication, organizational abilities, and a commitment to staff engagement are essential. This role offers flexibility with the option to work from home and travel to various locations.

The post will be at the forefront of providing a comprehensive and professional wellbeing and inclusion service to the managers and employees of the Trust with a particular focus on staff engagement and wellbeing activities; therefore an ability to build good working relationships is pivotal.
Through excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills you will be responsible for and advise on a variety of engagement matters including Staff Survey, Quarterly Pulse Surveys, Reward and Recognition and general People matters ensuring that the organisation is a leader in these areas and demonstrates best practice.
You will be responsible for the development of key policies and procedures and project work linked to staff engagement that will ensure that the People Strategy is delivered and EMAS is viewed as a leader in these key areas and an employer of choice.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your experience in two key areas of work including staff engagement and health and wellbeing.
The post holder will be actively engaged in supporting the annual NHS Staff Survey, Quarterly Pulse Surveys and the Flu Vaccination campaigns.
The post holder must possess excellent organisational skills, be able to communicate and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and has a genuine commitment to improving our people practices within the Trust.
The Staff Engagement Advisor will play an instrumental part on ensuring that the NHS People Plan and People Promise are embedded within the Trust and that staff do have a Voice that counts.
