Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary Data Specialist to support curriculum planning and MIS initiatives. The role involves preparing ILR data, troubleshooting queries, and liaising with curriculum heads. Ideal for individuals with strong experience in FE college MIS systems, this part-time position offers flexible working days in the UK.

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Clean, extract, and prepare ILR data for forecasting and planning.
- Support Forecast software for curriculum planning.
- Liaise with curriculum heads to resolve data issues.
Skills
Role: Temporary Data Specialist (Curriculum Planning / MIS Support)
Location: Stockton
Duration: 3-4 months initially (potentially up to Easter), part-time (approx. 2-4 days/week)
Start Date: ASAP
- Clean, extract, and prepare ILR data for forecasting and planning.
- Support Forecast software for curriculum planning and troubleshoot queries.
- Liaise with curriculum heads and MIS team to resolve data issues.
- Assist with reporting and compliance for Department for Education funding.
- Strong experience with FE college MIS systems and ILR processes.
- Advanced Excel; SQL Database, Power BI desirable.
- Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders effectively.
