A local council in Clandown seeks an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to support the Minor Adaptations/Community Equipment Service. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling, with a commitment of 23 flexible hours per week. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication and IT skills, and the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and the public. The post is based at the Radstock Road Depot in Midsomer Norton. The hours are 23 per week, to be worked flexibly over a five-day period between 8:00am and 4:00pm, from Monday to Friday.
Duties include a wide variety of administrative processes, including data entry, scheduling and creating reports.
You will contribute to the safe and effective running of the service as required, including answering visitor queries and being part of a team. This will involve working with a wide variety of healthcare professionals, Social Services staff, clients, carers and their families.
