Are you an organised, proactive and compassionate administrator looking to make a real difference in maternity care?
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is looking for a Failsafe Officer to join our Antenatal and Newborn Screening (ANNB) team, helping us deliver safe, high-quality care from the very beginning of life.
In this vital role, you'll work as part of the maternity screening team to support the delivery of six national screening programmes for pregnant women and newborns.
You will play a key role in managing data, monitoring failsafe systems, and ensuring timely follow-ups so no critical steps are missed. From communicating with healthcare professionals to analysing performance data, your work will directly impact the safety and wellbeing of families across Croydon.

Brings excellent organisational and communication skills to a fast-paced, patient-centred environment.
