- 5+ years’ experience supporting Windows-based systems.
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server.
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Active Directory.
- 5+ years’ experience supporting SharePoint Online.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support and technical guidance within the IT team.
- Manage Active Directory, Office and Entra ID.
- Deliver desktop support services to staff across multiple operating systems.
- Manage internal telecoms and video conferencing systems.
- Ensure an excellent user experience and improve departmental processes.
