• 5+ years’ experience supporting Windows-based systems.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting Active Directory.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support and technical guidance within the IT team.
• Manage Active Directory, Office and Entra ID.
• Deliver desktop support services to staff across multiple operating systems.
• Manage internal telecoms and video conferencing systems.
• Ensure an excellent user experience and improve departmental processes.
