Reeson Education is recruiting confident and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Enfield. This role suits graduates who want to develop their classroom experience while supporting children with a range of academic and SEN needs.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support learning across different age groups, gaining varied experience in mainstream classrooms. Many of our Graduate Teaching Assistants go on to teacher training or careers in educational psychology after completing a year in this role.

• Providing in-class support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Working closely with pupils who need additional help due to SEN, SEMH or language needs
• Helping teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Leading small intervention groups when needed
• Encouraging positive behaviour, independence and confidence

• A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Education, Maths, English, Sociology, Childhood Studies or similar
• Someone with strong communication skills and a positive approach
• A Graduate Teaching Assistant who can build rapport quickly with children
• Interest or experience in SEN is highly desirable
• Reliable, punctual and committed to supporting young learners
