KEY DUTIES
  • Grow relationships with existing clients by identifying needs and applying research technology effectively to support decisions.
  • Lead client briefings, design impactful questionnaires, and manage projects to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
  • Oversee project quality, deliver insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen brand strategy and performance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Client-facing quantitative research experience, including segmentation, U&A, and innovation testing across FMCG brands globally markets.
  • Skilled in questionnaire design, insight generation, analytical problem-solving, and delivering consistent, accurate project outcomes effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and degree-level education in business, marketing, or sociology related.
