The company fosters a supportive and collaborative culture, emphasizing internal development, with many senior chemists starting as graduate lab technicians.

1. Formulating and developing skincare, cosmeceutical, and hair care products
2. Managing customer relationships
3. Meeting with customers in person and virtually
4. Creating initial product batches in the lab
5. Staying updated with industry trends
6. Participating in social media campaigns and product testing
7. Maintaining data files and sharing findings

• Degree in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science
• Recent lab experience from university or industry
• Strong communication skills
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
