Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Design
  • Lead the execution of email campaigns from concept to deployment, ensuring error‑free, visually stunning communications that truly drive engagement and conversions.
  • Hands on design of email banners and assets using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Adobe Express, bringing creativity and innovation to every campaign.
  • Confident copywriter with the ability to write persuasive, concise, and beautifully crafted short‑form marketing copy for emails, landing pages, forms and other digital channels – producing compelling, grammatically perfect content that captivates the audience and drives action.
  • Maintain a zero‑tolerance approach to errors and keen eye for detail – no typos, punctuation mistakes, padding or formatting inconsistencies in any content you produce.
  • Keep up to date with the latest email UX/UI trends, implementing best practices to ensure emails truly hook and engage recipients.
  • Provide a portfolio of previous email designs as part of the application process.
Web forms & automation
  • Ability to build optimal campaign landing pages that maximise conversions.

  • Build and maintain complex automation workflows in ClickDimensions (must‑have) and optionally in HubSpot to support nurture flows, sales sequencing, onboarding and re‑engagement campaigns.
  • Plan and execute always‑on lead generation email programmes, continuously testing and improving conversion paths.
Campaign Operations & Project Management
  • Develop and execute integrated omnichannel campaign plans, positioning digital channels at the core – ensuring email, PPC, landing pages and social media work seamlessly together to maximise impact and results.
  • Project manage marketing operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, at scale and to the highest standard in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data, web, creative) to ensure timely campaign roll‑outs and seamless execution.
Performance & Reporting
  • Analyse and report on email performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
  • Use data‑driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness, drive higher ROI and support continuous improvement.

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Creative flair – strong eye for design with hands‑on ability to craft engaging email layouts and digital marketing banners using Illustrator, Canva or Adobe Express. A portfolio showcasing your email design and digital marketing content work will be required.
  • Confident copywriter – skilled in crafting compelling, concise short‑form marketing content for emails, landing pages and digital channels, with flawless grammar and engaging tone.
